Three open positions, listed below. We promote from within. We pay above the borough median, and we close two weeks a year so the team can rest.

  • Line Cook

    KitchenFull-time

    Run a station on a small, busy line. We are looking for someone with classical fundamentals and a temperament for service.

    Responsibilities

    • Cook on the sauté or garde manger station, four to five nights a week
    • Mise en place to specification before service
    • Communicate clearly during ticket calls
    • Maintain station cleanliness and organisation

    Requirements

    • Two-plus years on a high-volume line
    • Comfortable with French technique
    • References from a recent kitchen
    • NYC Food Handler card or willingness to obtain one

  • Server

    Front of HouseFull-time

    We are hiring for the dinner shift. We promote from within and pay well above the median for the borough.

    Responsibilities

    • Run a four-to-six table section through dinner service
    • Know the menu, daily specials, and wine list cold
    • Coordinate timing with the kitchen and the runner team
    • Help set, polish, and break down the room

    Requirements

    • Two-plus years in a comparable bistro or full-service room
    • Working wine knowledge; sommelier certifications are a plus
    • Available Tuesday through Saturday evenings
    • Care for the small details

  • Bartender

    BarPart-time

    Three nights a week behind a small, classical bar. Stirred drinks, French aperitifs, low-intervention wine by the glass.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and serve drinks for bar guests and the dining room
    • Maintain inventory and pars; flag low stock to the GM
    • Open or close the bar to spec
    • Train back-bar staff on technique and recipes

    Requirements

    • Three-plus years on a craft cocktail bar
    • Working knowledge of French wine, Champagne, and amari
    • Calm under volume
